Sometimes it's the smallest decisions that can pretty much change your life forever. I'm learning little by little that we decide what our lives are gonna be. Things happen to us. But it's our reactions that matter. Sometimes bad things just happen -- no reason, no purpose. They just occur and we're left to pick up the pieces the best we can.
But how do we know how much is too much? Too much information, too much work, too much pain, too much to ask… At some point, time will come when everything is just too much to bear. Life is so hard already so why do we bring more trouble down on ourselves? What's up with the need to get burnt-out? Do we really need to find that eject button just to escape?
